
Yancheng Big Data Industrial Park began construction at the end of 2014 and is one of the earliest regions in China to develop the big data industry. The park has a planned carrier area of 1 million square meters, with 482,100 square meters completed and 200,000 square meters under construction. It includes 48 carrier buildings with a rental rate of 94.6%. Leading enterprises such as Huawei, NetEase, and Baidu have settled in, along with 611 companies in total.
Currently, the park employs 15,400 people, of whom over 90% are young professionals. More than 1,000 hold postgraduate degrees or above, and around 1,500 earn over RMB 200,000 annually. The park provides 300 apartments (18,200 m²) and 17 commercial facilities including restaurants, leisure, and entertainment venues. There are 1,275 parking spaces big data industrial park for cross-border e-commerce enterprises available both above and underground. The park has been recognized as a provincial 5A-level service industry cluster area for six consecutive years.
